DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

NO LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or fail to comply with our requirements for participating in promotional schemes.

On termination or suspension for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to default under this Agreement, whether due directly or indirectly, we shall retain all monies in Your account.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify these Terms as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
